Founder
Meet Ashley Letrice — an Ayurvedic wellness counselor, writer, and creative rooted in holistic healing, emotional wellness, and transformation through lived experience. Her work blends Ayurveda, mindfulness, self-love, spirituality, and grounded lifestyle practices to help people reconnect with themselves from the inside out.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Ashley has always been a writer at heart. She studied English at Georgia State University, where her love for storytelling deepened, and she began crafting poems and short stories inspired by the works of Eric Jerome Dickey. She earned her Ayurvedic health coach and counselor certifications through Kerala Ayurveda Academy in Milpitas, CA.
Ashley is a Vata/Pitta dosha type, healer, a creator, a survivor, and a soft place to land. She is the mother of two kings, the founder of a movement, and a walking prayer. She skates. She laughs. She grieves. She channels. She builds spaces for others to heal because she dared to do the same for herself.
A lover of travel, poetry, roller skating, and all things soulful, Ashley embodies feminine fire and sacred water — grounded in the earth yet lit by the stars.

Born from the ashes of deep personal transformation, this work represents every step I’ve taken to heal my body, reclaim my voice, and restore my spirit. I’ve walked through pain, peeled back generational layers, and stood in the fire of growth to become the woman I am today. My story isn’t just survival—it’s alchemy. And now I offer my gifts in service to those ready to rise.
My platform speaks to people seeking healing for the whole self: mind, body, spirit, creativity, and identity. This brand is more than a business; it’s a living prayer, a reclamation, and a calling.
This brand exists for the dreamers, the healers, the ones doing the inner work. It's for the Black and Brown souls who’ve been left out of wellness spaces too long, for those who know there's more to life than hustle and burnout. My goal is to offer tools—affirmations, rituals, ancient healing practices, and soulful support—that bring balance, clarity, and empowerment.
Beyond wellness, I’m also the author of the upcoming memoir Letters to the Fire: A Journey Back to Myself and a forthcoming poetry collection centered on healing, rebirth, womanhood, softness after survival, and personal transformation. My storytelling and content creation are deeply connected — merging beauty, vulnerability, wellness, and real-life experience into a voice that feels both soulful and relatable.
